CONSUMERS BE AWARE THIS BUSINESS HAD A GOOD AND HONEST HISTORY OF TAKING CARE OF MY AND MY FAMILIES NEEDS UNTIL THEY SOLD TO THIS CONGLOMERATE. THEY DAMAGED MY $200k Luxury Sedan and told me they would stand behind the damage per Raul the GM. I accepted that and took him at his word. The Regional manager Fredrick Lazano over ruled his local employee and denied responsibility. The cost to repair my car may exceed $2k plus my inconvenience. My only remedy was to dispute the charges with AMX. It’s not about the money but the dishonest business practices that have been inflicted upon me. ! They should have done the right thing and settled the matter with me as I have been a Legacy customer for years. I would encourage ALL CUSTOMERS TO BE CAREFUL AND MINDFUL WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS NEW OWNER ARMSTRONG. CAVEAT EMPTOR

Customers b CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THE OLD COMPANY TIRE HUT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. ARMSTRONG RECENTLY AQUIRED THE BUSINESS IN JANUARY OF 2026. I WILL SAY THAT THEIR PRICES ON TIRES STILL REMIAN VERY COMPETITIVE. I HAVE A VERY EXPENSIVE LUXURY SEDAN THAT I HAD THE TIRES REPLACED ON 09/28/2026, THEY ACCPETED CUSTODY AND CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP LATER THAT AFTERNOON IT APPEARS THAT THEY CASUSED DAMAGE TO MY FRONT DRIVER DOOR HANDLE ALLOWING ME NOT TO OPEN THE DRIVER DOOR. THE MECHANIC WHO WAS WORKING ON THE VEHICLE WENT BACK TO THE CAR TWICE AND OPENED THE CAR FRONT DOOR TO GET THE ODOMETER MILAGE. THE FIRST TIME HE WENT BACK AND GOT THE TRIP ODEMETER MILAGE NOT THE ACTUAL MILAGE, HE HAD TO GO BACK OUT A SECOND TIME TO GET THE TRUE MILAGE. HE WAS THE LAST PERSON TO OPEN MY VEHCILE DRIVER DOOR NOT ME. I PAID THE INVOICE WHEN OUT TO THE VEHICLE AND THE DOOR HANDLE WAS DAMAGED AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO OPEN THE CAR. I IMMEDIATELY WENT IN TO REPORT THIS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER "Raul" HE CAME OUT AND ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT WITH NO SUCCESS. RAUL COMMENTED AS WELL THAT IT WAS HIS MECHANIC WHO WITHIN THE LAST 10 MINS WENT BACK TO THE CAR TWICE TOP AQUIRE THE MILAGE. HE ORALY AGREED TO TAKE CARE OF DAMAGE, ORDER THE PART, AND ONCE IT CAME IN WOULD INSTALL IT. I TOOK HIM AT HIS WORD, THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM FREDERICK LOZANO AREA MANGER TELLING ME IN A VERY INNAPROPRAITE & UNPROFESSIONAL EMAIL THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO MY VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN A CARDEALER FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORING YOUR COMMITMENTS. THIS BUSINESS HAS FALLEN WAY SHORT OF THAT. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMEND TO ALL CONSUMERS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE NEEDS. IF THIS HOW THEY TREAT A LONG-TERM LEGACY CUSTOMER THEY WONT BE IN BUSINESS VERY LONG. Went to get an oil change before a road trip to Ottawa, Canada. 600miles in, engine shows emergency light —> limp mode, red oil light. Had to pay for a tow, miss a hotel stay, pay another mechanic. Reason? Oil drain plug nowhere to be found. Not properly tightened. Now I need to hope there’s no engine damage as a result. ABYSMAL. SIMPLE JOB — Butchered.

Excellent service. Their mechanic located the clicking noise from the suspension springs and replaced the isolation bushings. The noise is gone!

Outstanding services. Within less than 1 hour, was able to receive repair in my car. These guys are very friendly and fast. Also very nice waiting room with Coffee station.
